and results were shocking

not bad

i lost 1 kg

from 86+kg
drop to 85kg

then they took my blood pressure

i got a little high blood pressure ^^

they ask me go to a doctor consultant
she told me that i nid lose weight
like duh
and told me the proper weight i should have

i quite tired after the camp
and i busy with SA oso

i was so scared sia
i at the half basketball court there
i had to face the terraces
which had a lot of markings
cuz of water

but after a while
